But too often, workers’ voices are left out of the conversation.

That’s why we’re launching Union Voices on Climate & Retirement, a campaign to amplify the perspectives of union members like you. We want to hear how climate change is impacting your work, why pensions matter to you, and how unions can lead the way in responsible investing.

By answering a few short questions, you’ll help highlight workers' experiences in different industries and regions and show the real impact of climate change on jobs, pensions, and workers' rights.

Your responses will be featured in social media posts, newsletters, and blog features. All responses will remain anonymous unless you express interest in your union and you being highlighted. We’ll showcase different voices over time, ensuring that the conversation about climate and pensions is led by the people it affects most: workers.
